Nanoparticle Sampling Methods

In collaboration with Drs. Peters and Grassian, we are working on development of a nanoparticle deposition sampler that can be used to exclude large particles and collect only nanoparticles in a sampler to assess worker exposures to nanomaterials.  NIOSH / CDC has funded the development and testing of a sampler (R01 OH010238) and the initial development of the now available NRD sampler (R21-OH009920).  Opportunities for students include high-flow sampler development and field studies assessing the performance of these new samplers.  Manuscripts generated from this work include:
